In the inner city of 's-Hertogenbosch, a small electric sloop in which a city guide tells a story to Dutch tourists sails. The narrow river is covered in some parts and the old buildings are relatively tall. Hence, all the city sounds reverberate so beautifully.
The story of this city guide is about the Duke of Brabant do issued city rights in 1185, so that he could tax Leuven and Brussels just like Antwerp.
