Sound recording of the atmosphere of an evening winter park. There were heavy snowfalls for several days, the likes of which had not happened for several years. The city was not prepared for this and it was unusually quiet as traffic was low. Snowplows couldn't cope. There was a lot of snow and many people went for a walk in the park. Some with children, some with dogs. Meanwhile, I installed my recorder in the middle of a frozen pond.
Recorded in park, named after the 50th anniversary of the All-Union Lenin Communist Youth Union in the city of Ekaterinburg (Russia)
Recorded December 28, 2023 on Tascam DR-05x, with post processing.

The special sound that a snowy world gives is especially beautiful. Low tones are absorbed by the snow, hence the typical fresh and sparkling winter sound. I love it.
I think this sound recording is very successful.
