A toue, a traditional Loire flat-bottomed boat, sails by motor. Throughout the clip, the engine revs change. In the end it stops completely. We hear the propeller and the bubbling of the water, as well as the muffled voice of the skipper. This was recorded near La Chapelle-sur-Loire, a village on the right bank of this big French river.
Recorded with Sony PCM-D50's stereo mics with a wind muff on.
