A pack of nature sounds recorded in West Virginia during a visit in July 2011. The weather was warm and humid, with rain on the second day of recording.
These sounds are completely unedited, even for balance. What you hear is what the mic heard.
Recording date: July 7-8, 2011.
Recording location: A rural area in Greenbriar County, WV.
Recorded on Olympus LS-10 and my binaural rig: a set of paired omnidirectional mics with preamp sold by Church Audio, worn over my ears in a homemade windscreen that resembles a pair of earmuffs.
