I've made this "woody dnb roller" snare sound by layering synthesized transient & fundamental tone slightly above 190 hz with two live recorded dnb processed minimal snare samples to get lazy ,but cutting snap. Processed with good reverb, tape saturation, transient shaper & compressor. we often hear this type of snare in dope futuristic dnb tunes, but short & distinct electronic snare samples are rare. Hope you like it ; ).
