Recorded near Taupo
in February 2005. Mainly native birdsong, but probably a few introduced
birds in there as well. The cicadas chirping away are also pretty dense.
The source recording is 16-bit 48khz using a sony camcorder and sony microphone. I think I've probably normalized and removed any low frequency vibrations.

I also forgot to mention I think I compressed this recording (looks that way from the waveform) using Cool Edit Pro 2.
