Recording with Soundman OKM Microphones and to Canon HV20 Camcorder. Recorderd from balcony in "Calle General Prim", Colonia Jurez, Mexico City. Below the balcony is a taco restaurant, on the other side of the street a parking lot. The guy with his meditative anouncements is selling "Tamales" from a bicycle and has this very typical recording which invites you to get closer and buy his delicious & hot tamales in Oaxaca style. I tried them, they're good.
