it is indeed galeku. it is a deeply odd bird possessing 2 separate voice boxes effectively which is how it can make these seemingly overlapped sounds. it's a joyous sound first thing in the morning though and i'd been trying to find somewhere quiet to record them for a couple of weeks and then we camped up at this site near a small wood and the next morning, off they went!
