Vibratone (like a big cylindrical tuning fork) struck once, rings on E note, decays to silence.

Sennheiser ME-66 shotgun condenser into Sony MZ-R70 minidisc, transferred into Adobe Audition at 44.1kHz/16bit through Edirol UA-20 USB audio interface. Noise reduction via Adobe Audition.
