A lovely warm October day in a typical small town in Illinois. On this particular day, Friday October 27 2023, the winds were really sustained out of the northwest tickling the gold and yellow leaves of the trees. Towards the end you will hear the prominent call of the beautiful Song Sparrow. I think this brings me back to my childhood and Autumn-October my favorite time of year. I know in several months all of the trees will be bare with nothing to catch the wind making the wind sound more ominous and un-friendly. But, for now, the outside is peaceful and summer continues to wind down and Autumn turns on its colorful introspective leaf-shower.
Enjoy.
