SoundEffectsFactory’s YouTube "terms of use" incorrectly puts to onus on the creator to find their samples in his YouTube channel and ask for attribution to be included, or for their removal from the Channel.
As some Freesound samples on that YouTube channel have had attribution added when the creator got in contact, “SoundEffectsFactory” know they should do the same for all the Freesound material they have lifted, (with the possible exception of CC0 licensed Freesound samples).

Yeah um...they ARE from Andrew Kramer's video copilot sound effects collection. He worked hard on making these soooooo give him some of the original credit? k thanks

Despite Andrew Kramer’s post being 6 months’s old he still doesn’t get a credit.
SoundEffectsFactory is probably too busy spending their ill-gotten gains to add one.

Thank you Timbre for finding it out. What is funny and strange in that. I heard the second time the same solo in the similar situation just few hours ago and recorded it. It was 4 years after recording this one.

I do not believe that requesting donations breaks Creative Common NonCommercial (NC) terms (there are many who think that way though) but the fact that ads are enabled for that video definitely breaks the terms of a NC license.

Of course each single video that contains a Creative Commons Attribution, Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial or Creative Commons Sampling + licensed sound without giving attribution to the original sound is a violation of the copyright terms of the original sound.
