This is recording I made quite a while back from an unusual little thing called a potters mask. It's a little ceramic thing very in the shape of a head that looks distinctly celtic by design. It has a little hole in the mouth which you breath into which gives the sound. My friend gave it to me and said that it was made by a potter who lives in rural Ireland. I lost it moving home a while back and cant get a hold of the person who made it and have no idea where to get another one. Anybody who is familiar with them, i'd love if you could let me know.
I made a track from the entire of this recording called 'Nothingness Spirals'.
The live piece can be heard on my myspace if interested. (myspace.com/floatmethod).
Recorded with Rode NT-1000, Focusrite saffire LE onto Logic. added reverb and delay designer.
