Thanks to my buddy, Randy, this police radio chatter sample is now made possible. I cleaned up all addressed and names, hopefuly, from the 16 minute or thereabouts chatter, tightened it down somee, and made it possile. This is best used in audio productions, andis free to use as you see fit. I do not require credit.
