A variation of a shield bash sound I created for a mod in Mount & Blade: Warband.
-An exaggerated swoosh along with a heavily layered impact featuring a nice sub-layer and some added wood/metal foley to give it impact and crumble feel. Trying to go for something a bit more visceral.

what sounds did you used for the bash layer sounds? I tried to combine heavy punch sounds with metal dull ring out, though I only end up with only the ring out sounds instead of both punch and ringout sounds together.
