This uses one of FLStudio preset PAD patches. Although I have pitched way down to create a seamless loop of ambience with two automated notch filters and an automated bandpass filter on FLStudio's PmEq2. Please feel free to use for any projects.

I didn't create this sound with a VST, I used a preset pad sample that comes with FLStudio. I detuned it really low and used a bandpass filter with two notch filters.
