Two people walk along a flat forest trail near Grey Mountain in Whitehorse, Yukon. The snow has been hard-packed and crusted by a recent thaw and subsequent refreeze, creating a very crunchy sound. Occasionally, a loose piece of snow/ice makes a tinkling sound as it gets kicked over the icy surface. One person eventually stops while the other continues, with the sound of footsteps trailing off into the distance.
