Model is a G-500 Kawai: Made in Hamamatsu, Japan between 1960 and 1964 (exact year unknown)

The style you used here really reminds me of the styles that Matt Uelmen employed for Diablo 2. Really atmospheric and a bit gloomy. Very nice.
