skytrav, you are a fool. This is a sound effect or foley effect, not a musical effect. This sound may not have any application for making a techno song, but it is perfect for a video I am doing of a chase scene. I need lots of different tire squeals for other traffic. Perfect. Also, FLAC is a LOSSLESS format. So as long as you have the basic knowhow to convert it to wav or aiff , this is THE ideal format.(just look up convert "flac to wav" in google, you'll find many free converters) Thank you uploader, I will credit you if I end up using it.
