This sound is part of the pack ambient
I created this using renoise with a preset from tal-noisemaker initially, then mangled and rinsed in renoise with some of it's builtin effects, some manipulation of pitchbend etc and then a few instances of Glitch2 in the end of the chain. Next I exported into Audacity where i ran paulstretch , stretching by x10.

@odedrv1 Thank you. I find these drones very easy to make. I'm thinking of adding in some synth strings and maybe some percussion elements in my next one.
