This is an effect I built intending to represent someone with weighted feet, thrown into the sea to drown. Partly from Freesound effects, partly from recordings made with a Zoom H1. Enjoy.

Ah yes, finally someone who takes their work seriously. I literally found a sound for Donald duck drowning and it was the most enthusiastic voice acting so far. I'm glad I finally found what I was looking for my soundscape file.
