Sounds like space ambience/a sci-fi space station. Did this today while messing around in Audacity. This sound was created by blowing into a microphone while slowly changing pitches. Afterwards I slowed down the sound, added the Baseboost filter, and lowered the pitch of the sound.
Feel free to use this with or without giving credit to me, I really don't care. It literally took me 2 minutes to make.

I used a lower-pitched and looped version of this sample as part of the ambient background in a three-hour ambient audio track I've just finished. Along with several other looped samples, this sound really helped me to bring to life the feeling of being in an abandoned space station about a million miles from anyplace. Thanks for making it available!
