Sounds like space ambience/a sci-fi space station. Did this today while messing around in Audacity. This sound was created by blowing into a microphone while slowly changing pitches. Afterwards I slowed down the sound, added the Baseboost filter, and lowered the pitch of the sound.
Feel free to use this with or without giving credit to me, I really don't care. It literally took me 2 minutes to make.

I love Audacity. You can create some super creepy "space" sounds by tweaking your own voice. I will add this one to my collection. Thanks!
