I took the drums from a track called "Sold" by a band that I play in (www.theakai.com),
and challenged myself to make them sound like a vintage breakbeat. I'm
really happy with the results. This break is eight bars long with
fills. Enjoy!

I wish it weren't so washed with reverb. I want to put my own 'verb on it, to match the sound of my track. Unfortunately this sound is already very distinctly colored by the reverb, and that can't be undone. Nonetheless, it's a decent and still quite usable sample. Thanks for posting.
